MONICA B. LEWIS - BOARD CHAIR
Monica B. Lewis Monica Lewis is a passionate Radio Sales and Marketing Veteran highlighting a portfolio of work with major urban radio affiliates in Philadelphia; namely Power 99FM, WDAS-FM, Radio One and currently WURD Radio. Throughout Monica’s career she held several key positions, including Account Executive, Sales Management and General Manager.
As a dynamic leader and recruiter, she also trained and coached some of the highest producing radio Account Managers in the region. Monica’s passion and energy for creating and planning programs and events led to a proven track record while serving as Producer, Co-Producer and Project Manager for a diverse list of programs, including several major advocacy and lifestyle expo events. Born and raised in West Philadelphia, Monica is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

ANISSA HAYNES BOARD - OPERATION MANAGER
Anissa Haynes comes to Sistahs In Transformation with a wealth of information regarding the history and operations of the SIT organization, strong leadership & organizational skills, along with a background of finance & accounting.
Anissa has been a founding member since the inception of S.I.T. along with serving as Chair of the Sunshine Committee and Co-Chair of the Service Committee.
Anissa has proven to be a roll up your sleeve and get the job done. Her knowledge of finance and accounting can be attributed to the past 20 years where she has worked in the accounting field at Frontline Management Services.
DARLENE CALLANDS - EMERITUS DIRECTOR
Darlene Callands is a native of Philadelphia where she raised 3 beautiful daughters that have grown to be productive members of our society.
Darlene currently works at Delaware River Port Authority as the Manager of Community Relations where she developed a Youth Exploration program exposing children in underserved communities to the world of transportation through the lens of engineering.
Darlene believes we are given so we can give. The majority of her work has been dedicated to help those that are less fortunate and being a voice for the voiceless.
LANEISE FOXWORTH (NEICY) - SECRETARY
Neicy is a Financial Analyst for the state of Maryland. She has been blessed to work in the financial field for over 25 years and she loves it. She believes in teaching children financial literacy at an early age. Her motto is "a person either disciplines her finances or her finances will discipline her."
Neicy is loyal, faithful, committed and will help anyone in need.
Neicy is divorced and has twin daughters, one grandson and a granddaughter on the way in October. She earned a B.S. from Towson University.
DENISE WHYTE - TREASURER
Denise Whyte is a financial professional with PFS Investments Inc. She's on a mission to help families leave a legacy by creating wealth and by taking control of their financial lives.
