Mission
Sistahs In Transformation (SIT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides Black and Brown women with a safe space to communicate and gain access to education and resources to help them transform and know “how to” apply these transformation tools that are important to them as they navigate mental and physical health, finances, relationships, self-care, parenting and community.

Vision
Sistahs In Transformation is laying the groundwork for women across the globe to build a legacy and safe space for the younger generation of women.

Who We Serve
Sistahs in Transformation (S.I.T.) supports:

Over 1,800+ lives touched, 1206 single parents and 688 children and emerging youth leaders

85% of workshop participants report increased confidence in transforming their lives

What We Offer
Sistahs In Transformation has proudly hosted more than 250 virtual and in-person events, while extending its impact by awarding scholarships to eight fellow nonprofit organizations whose missions align with its own vision of empowerment and community uplift.
